FAQ
Questions.
Do you come to my location?
Yes. We detail your car at your home, your workplace, your driveway or wherever you prefer, in Toronto and surrounding areas.
What vehicles do you service, and how much is it?
Cars — sedans, coupes, hatchbacks and standard passenger vehicles — and SUVs, pickups, vans and larger vehicles. Platinum is $120 for a car and $140 for an SUV or truck, Elite $180 and $210, Royal $240 and $280 CAD.
What is the difference between the packages?
Platinum is our complete interior detail. Elite adds a deeper interior detail — deep extraction, headliner, seat belts, tough stains, odours, premium leather conditioning, pet hair and surface protection — plus the exterior. Royal is everything in Elite plus a fully restored interior: intensive stain and salt treatment, steam sanitation, advanced odour treatment, full headliner deep cleaning, leather rejuvenation and protection, carpet and fabric protection, premium-finish interior glass, every corner detailed, a final Royal inspection and a complimentary premium fragrance of your choice.
Do you detail the outside of the car?
Yes, with the Elite and Royal packages. Platinum is interior only.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes. Pet hair removal is included in Elite and Royal.
Do you clean leather interiors?
Yes. Seats are cleaned in every package, and Elite and Royal add premium leather conditioning.
What if my car is extremely dirty?
Extreme pet hair, vomit, urine, biohazards, extreme stains and excessively dirty vehicles are extras. The price depends on the condition of the vehicle, and if a job needs an extra product, we inspect the vehicle first.
Can every stain or odour be removed?
Most can, but results depend on the condition of the vehicle: some stains, odours or worn and damaged materials may not come out completely. We look at the car first and tell you what to expect.
How do I book?
Online: choose your package and vehicle size, a date and a time, and add your details. Platinum is paid on the day. Elite and Royal take a $30 CAD deposit when you book, and the rest is paid on the day.
